About me

Born in 1982 in Świnoujście, a little town along the shoreline of Baltic Sea, I have cultivated my artistic vision through a dedicated journey. I earned my degree in Conservation and Restoration of Easel, Wall Painting, and Polychrome Sculpture from Toruń University in 2009. My education included study of old masters' paintings and various art techniques.

Now residing in Warsaw for nearly a decade, I draw inspiration from the serene forests surrounding my home while balancing the joys of parenthood. My primary mediums are watercolor, oil, and acrylics, with a particular focus on portraits and nature.

I carefully meditate on the mood of each setting I depict, considering the interplay of light, color, and structure. My body of work spans from evocative seascapes—capturing the chilly winds and seagulls of the Baltic—to serene mountain and forest scenes. Viewers often note the melancholic and meditative emotions conveyed through my paintings.

I hold a deep appreciation for impressionist techniques, especially the spontaneous impasto found in oil paintings. My goal is to convey reality not merely as a photograph but as a cherished memory or a vintage piece imbued with a dreamlike quality. Polish modernism of the 19th and 20th centuries holds a special place in my heart, further influencing my artistic expression.

What qualities do you seek in art? Do you surround yourself with pieces that resonate with your values and tastes, or are you a pilgrim on a journey to discover what your soul needs?
